What to expect from therapy
A clear, confidential process that begins with getting to know one another and understanding what support would be most helpful.
1. Make contact
Send a message, email or WhatsApp enquiry. You do not need to share your full story at this stage.
2. Free 15-minute call
Ask practical questions, share briefly what brings you to therapy and see whether you would like to book.
3. First session
Your first session is a getting-to-know-you conversation. We discuss your current situation and how I work.
Your space. Your time. Your process.
Sessions normally last 60 minutes and take place once a week. The duration and frequency can be adjusted to reflect your needs and circumstances.
The therapeutic process may be short-term, often around 6–12 sessions, or medium to longer-term. We can review this together as the work develops.

Finding the right therapist matters
The relationship between you and your therapist is an important part of successful therapy. The first call and first session allow you to notice whether you feel heard, respected and comfortable enough to continue.
There is no pressure to commit before you have had the opportunity to ask questions.

What you share is treated confidentially, within the professional and legal limits discussed in your therapy agreement.
